What are the check-in and check-out timings?

Check-in is from 03:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Day-outing hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Are pets allowed at the resort?

Yes — Harivillu is a pet-friendly resort. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can prepare the right cottage for you and your furry companion.

Do you serve non-vegetarian food and alcohol?

Our restaurant serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages; we do not run a bar on-site.

Is the resort suitable for kids and elderly guests?

Absolutely. We have a dedicated children’s play zone, indoor games, and accessible ramps and pathways for elderly guests and differently-abled visitors.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 72 hours are charged one night; no-shows are non-refundable.

Can you host large groups, offsites, or celebrations?

Yes — we regularly host corporate offsites, birthdays, pre-weddings, and school trips for groups of 10 to 150+ guests. Reach out for a custom quote.
